Bestseller Retail Ireland Limited are currently seeking a fully flexible retail sales assistant to join our team in our VILA store in Crescent, Limerick.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team.
This position will require the successful candidate to be flexible for week & weekend work Job description:This role is a customer service based role - the main objective is the provide exceptional service at all timesGreeting customers who enter the shopAssisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking forBeing responsible for processing cash and card paymentsAnswering queries from customersGiving advice and guidance on product selection to customersBalancing cash registers with receiptsDealing with customer refundsKeeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hovering and moppingInterest in social media channelsResponsible dealing with customer complaintsReceiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stockKeeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displaysThe personal skills that are required for the job:Be service mindedHaving a friendly and engaging personalityComfortable working with members of the publicShould have a confident mannerMust be helpful and politeAble to work as part of a sales teamShould be of a smart appearance and articulateFlexible regarding shifts The Brand - VILAThe design philosophy of VILA is based on a feminine approach to fashion, uniting femininity with fashion and trend insights and adding a bit of sensuality.
