We are hiring a Senior Staff  Nurse   for a leading Nursing home in Kildare,Ireland.
Responsibilities Quality of Care Obligations Daily oversight of the nursing and care workers Oversee the activities of the residents.
Comply with HIQA guidelines When necessary, assume the role of nurse in charge.
Encourage the growth and training of less experienced colleagues Assistance with elevating medication-related inquiries assistance to the families with any questions they may have about care.
Any additional tasks that the line manager assigns.
Requirements  NMBI Registered  Excellent Clinical, Leadership and Organisational skills  Excellent communication and people skills.  Sound decision making ability.
