Refer a Friend: Earn €200 for successful referrals Free Perks: Free comprehensive training and support, Garda vetting, Wellbeing package, Cycle to Work Scheme and ongoing career progression opportunities QQI Courses: QQI enrolment and support* WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Qualifications & Experience: Have a least 1 years Homecare experience in Ireland, at least 2 Core Modules of QQI level 5 in Health & Social care - Care Skills and Care of the Older person and working towards Full QQI level 5 in Health & Social Care Drivers licence: Hold a full driving licence with access to a car Communication Skills: Good standard of English - both spoken and written Flexibility: Must be available to work alternative weekends Desirable criteria: Have excellent interpersonal skills, and have an empathic approach to people and be highly organised, and have excellent time management skills KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To be responsible for staff shadowing - ensuring Health & Safety policies and procedures To undertake emergency over - Rapid response (filling new packages and discharges) To evaluate and monitor the quality of the care delivered to clients and report to the area manager with concerns Checking and collecting journal notes from clients houses Delivery of Careplans, log sheets and gloves to client's homes when required Delivery of PPE To undertake any other reasonable duties as required* ABOUT US At Connected Health, we don't just offer a job - we offer careers that are at the forefront of transforming the way homecare is delivered across Ireland.
