Responsibilities: Preparing & serving a variety of drinks in a timely manner in a busy and pressurised environment Taking Drinks orders Ensuring all customers food & beverage needs are met Greeting customers in a friendly fashion and welcoming them to the bar Checking I.D.
to ensure consumers are of a legal age to consume alcohol Remembering cocktail recipes and making Cocktails Processing payments Requirements: Must be flexible and available to work late nights  Be of legal age to serve alcohol Some previous food & beverage experience is preferred.  Must be focused on providing excellent customer service. Must have excellent communication and a good level of spoken English is required. Maintain a professional image at all times through appearance.
