You will be reporting directly to the Director of Technical Services and will be in charge of the principal engineers on the team.
You will need to communicate with external & internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and safety regulations.
Provide infrastructure for Network & Security systems.
Monitor performance and take corrective actions as needed.
Research and analyze international developments to enhance service delivery.
Manage cybersecurity for all ATM systems.
Develop and implement cybersecurity network architecture.
Represent Technical Services at relevant fora and committees.
Provide input to strategic planning and corporate goals.
Manage resources and budgets efficiently.
Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements: Requires a degree or equivalent qualification, with a technical background in Networking or Security.
Minimum of five years' senior management experience in a regulated industry.
Proficiency in networking, cybersecurity, and IT.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and Air Traffic Management is desirable.
