KeyResponsibilities: StaffManagement: Train, supervise, and schedule accommodation staff andother support staff.Foster a positive work environment, and encourage teamwork,collaboration, and open communication.
OperationsManagement:Oversee daily operations, including room assignments, housekeepingschedules, maintenance requests, and inventory management.Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departmentsto ensure efficient workflow and resolve operational issues.Monitor and maintain the facility's cleanliness, safety, and standards.Enforce safety guidelines and protocols to protect employees andmaintain a safe working environment.Stay updated on health and safety regulations pertaining toAccommodation operations.Work Closely with the Accommodation manager to ensure Standards kept at the highest level ToEnsure assigned rooms, bathrooms, corridor areas and public areas are cleanedto the standards, using only approved chemicals/cleaning materials andequipment and to ensure stocks of bathroom and bedroom items are replenished tocorrect standards.Toreceive customer complaints in a courteous and sympathetic fashion and toreport to your manager immediately.
