Site Manager – Dublin (Residential Project)Our client, a leading and expanding Tier 2 main contractor, is urgently seeking a site managers for s large residential projects in Dublin.Responsibilities:- Manage projects on-site from start to completion.- Assist in developing, planning, and implementing project programmes.- Identify manpower requirements and ensure resources are available when needed.- Oversee the management of subcontractors and direct employees on-site.- Consult and liaise with subcontractors regarding the programme.- Control variations in collaboration with the Quantity Surveyor.- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, Fire Regulations, and other legal requirements.- Maintain high levels of Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards on-site.- Ensure all finishing work is carried out to the highest standards.- Oversee Site Health & Safety in consultation with the H&S Manager.- Attend and report at site meetings.- Liaise with architects, engineers, and surveyors.- Perform any other duties related to the efficient management of the project.Requirements:- Third-level degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management (preferred but not essential).- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Site Management role with a main contractor.- Strong skills in planning, project management, organization, and teamwork.- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.- High competency in writing and maintaining professional documentation.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, and subcontractors.- Ability to work well in a team-based environment.If you're interested, please contact john@
