Senior Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a driven Senior Architectural Technologist experienced in Revit and AutoCAD to join our client's growing team based in Limerick City.
About the Role- Preparing and submitting statutory applications, tender packages including drawings, schedules, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Attending meetings with Clients, Design Teams, Contractors, and other specialists.
- Co-ordination of Design Team information and liaison throughout all stages of the project.
- Assisting with ensuring compliance with Clients' brief, current Irish Planning, Building and Health & Safety Regulations as well as other relevant legislation.
- Visiting site and carrying out site inspections.
- Minimum 5 years' Irish Architectural experience is compulsory.
- RIAI, CIAT or other similar professional body registration is an advantage.
- Strong experience using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience working on a range of medium and large-scale residential developments.
- Qualified with a degree or diploma in Architectural Technology.
- Excellent knowledge & experience of Irish Planning, Building Regulations.
- Full Driver's License and access to car is an advantage but not essential.
- €55,000 - €70,000 depending on experience.
- Opportunity for Hybrid or WFH arrangements.
