Purpose of Position: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented AI Machine Learning Engineer to join our Dublin team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development of generative AI applications and machine learning pipelines, playing a crucial role in shaping the future of our AI-driven consumer research platform.
You will work alongside a small, experienced team of developers and data scientists, leveraging the latest in AI and ML technologies to drive innovation in market research.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and generative AI applicationsBuild and maintain scalable ML pipelines for data processing, model training, and deploymentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into our product ecosystemConduct experiments to improve model performance and develop new AI-driven featuresImplement and maintain robust testing and validation frameworks for ML modelsStay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML and propose innovative solutionsParticipate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in ML engineeringMentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the ML teamEnsure compliance with ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations Person Specifications: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on ML/AI challengesStrong desire to learn and stay updated with the latest in AI/ML technologiesAbility to communicate complex ML concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersSelf-driven and proactive, with a passion for innovation in AICollaborative mindset with strong teamwork skills Competencies: Expert knowledge in machine learning algorithms and frameworks, with a strong focus on LLMs and natural language processingExtensive experience working with OpenAI's GPT models, Anthropic's Claude, or similar large language modelsProficiency in implementing and optimising RAG systemsStrong software engineering skills with a focus on ML systems and API integrations for AI servicesExcellent coding skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers)Experience with cloud-based ML services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure Machine Learning)Understanding of MLOps practices, particularly for deploying and maintaining LLM-based systems Qualifications & Experience: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fieldAt least 5 years of industry experience in machine learning or AI engineeringProven track record of developing and deploying ML models in production environmentsExperience with natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI modelsFamiliarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture Key Performance Indicators: Successful development and deployment of ML models and generative AI applicationsImprovement in model performance metrics and system efficiencyContributions to the company's AI/ML strategy and innovation pipelineQuality and maintainability of ML code and systemsEffective collaboration with cross-functional teams Why Join Us?
