Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join a leading contractor in Dublin on a major pharma project.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of HSE practices and promote a positive safety culture
  2. Lead Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and LOTO procedures
  3. Assist in method statement preparation, review, and approval for Electrical contractors
  4. Regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to project schedules
  5. Track and document on-site activities, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions
  6. Review and Approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITP's) and Inspection Test Records (ITR's)
  7. Attend / Lead system walkdowns to verify installations meet project specifications
  8. Manage punch list items to ensure project completion
  9. Review and approval of turnover documentation
  10. Coordination and witnessing of commissioning activities
  11. Meet with relevant disciplines and contractors
  12. Provide updates, address concerns, and collaborate with the project team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical supervision
  • Excellent communication skills
