Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this leadership role will involve: Developing and driving Group payroll strategy Leading the implementation of regional payroll solutions and integration with stakeholders (HR, Finance, Regional Management, 3rd party payroll providers) Supporting the business reach operational goals and objectives by anticipating needs, and resources required, managing risk and determining creative means to implement new & innovative technical & process solutions Ensuring a best-in-class operational payroll function in place for the Group Championing a culture of continuous improvement Operationally, ensuring Group payrolls are processed and recorded timely and accurately Leadership and development of payroll team of six Monitoring and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and country regulatory requirements Requirements for this Role Ideal candidate will have the following background: Payroll leadership experience (min 7 years in leadership role) in a large, progressive MNC, SSC or PLC Strong academic track record Strong leadership and influencing skills Project management experience Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, influencing and cross-functional teamwork skills About our Client Out client is a MNC with over 3,000 employees in 15+ countries.
