Sigmar Recruitment has a new opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our established Legal desk in our Dublin office.

Responsibilities Providing a consultancy service to candidates seeking employment within Legal positions.
Working with market leading Irish and global companies on a variety of different Legal positions both in house and in practise.
Using innovative and traditional recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Head Hunting, Networking and our own global internal database to source the best talent in the market.
Engaging with job seekers and learning about their career experience.
Proactively speak with potential candidates about roles that may be of interest and suited.
Acting as thefirst point of contact for the business, you will conduct interviews face to face or video.
Business development (cold calling, events, networking and client meetings) Continuously develop your knowledge of the Legal industry and attend external events, representing Sigmar Achieving core KPIs and sales targets.
Key Requirements Minimum 1 years experience in agency recruitment (more is always welcome)
Knowledge of the Legal industry is desirable role types, movements, progression, challenges Confident communicator with respect given to confidentiality in this sector Commercially minded with an interest in how businesses work Results driven with ambition and drive Performs best under pressure What's on Offer?
