CONDITIONS Contract type:  Permanent, full-time Location: Dublin, onsite IN A NUTSHELL Are you a skilled leader with a talent for driving efficiency and team success?
We're looking for a proactive and organised individual to join us as a Team Lead .
In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management and productivity of our back-office Lease Processing Team, who prepares lease agreements for our clients in the telecommunications sector.
You'll ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and help to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing quality control and overall team effectiveness.
This will involve close collaboration with various departments, including the Front Office Team, Project Manager and Program Manager.
You'll also be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team of Lease Processors, ensuring they meet and exceed performance targets.
Your ability to train, guide, and support your team will be crucial to their success and the overall success of the department.
Together with your Team, you will collaborate with the front office to support closing the deals which they are negotiating.
DAY TO DAY Performance Management : Assigning targets to team members; Managing team performance through regular performance check-ins, feedback, goal setting, and training Team Leadership : Hosting team meetings to provide any project updates to the team as needed; Ensuring a positive working environments; Approving employee holidays and absences through the company's HRIS Collaborating with Front Office: Together with your team supporting the front office with closing their negotiated deals through advice about the contracts or calling the landlords Project Efficiency : Ensuring the standards of the clients are met; Client interactions may be required depending on the project; Analysing workloads and assigning tasks to team members accordingly Onboarding Employees : Hosting job interviews; Planning and supporting the training of new employees REQUIRED SKILLS Expert level written and spoken German language skills Professional level written and spoken English language skills Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Experience coaching, supporting, and leading a team Advanced computer skills with Outlook, Excel, and Word Experience in the telecommunications or property management industries is preferrable Demonstratable experience in the preparation of leases or contract is helpful The ability to prioritise, be self-motivated, and have the initiative to work effectively and efficiently independently Effective time management skills We realise that you may not meet all the requirement, but if you come to us with the right level of commitment and enthusiasm for the job, we can achieve a lot together
