We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Automation Project Engineer to lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge Siemens PLC-based automation systems within our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities: Lead the full project lifecycle, from conceptual design and detailed engineering through to commissioning and validation of automation systems.
Design and configure SCADA/HMI systems for process monitoring and control.
Generate detailed engineering documentation, including functional specifications, design documents, and test protocols.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams and junior engineers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process engineers, quality assurance, and validation specialists.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and work effectively in a team environment.
