Ensure accurate preparation and dispensing of medications in compliance with local regulations.
Maintain and update patient medication records while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Support the pharmacist in performing medication reviews and drug utilization evaluations.
Handle inventory management tasks, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation of pharmaceutical supplies.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist in the execution of pharmacy accounting functions related to reimbursements and billing inquiries.
Requirements Certification as a Pharmacy Technician from an accredited program or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication therapy management, and pharmacy law.
Excellent attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Proficient in the use of pharmacy software and other technology tools.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
