Bestseller Retail Ireland Limited are currently seeking a fully flexible retail supervisor to join our team in our Vila store in Mahon Point, Cork. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team.
This position will require the successful candidate to be flexible for week & weekend work.
This role will require full flexibility with working weekdays and weekends. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing day to day operations of storeAchieving Sales and KPI targetsHelp motivate the team to achieve salesAssist in managing a team and training staff to reach maximum performanceMarketing and Promotions and Store developmentPromote a harmonious atmosphere for our customers, team and suppliersManage housekeeping to expected standardsEnsure that procedures and legal requirements pertaining to health, safety, hygiene and security are adhered to and that all necessary procedures are carried out in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.Social media management: Instagram, Facebook, TikTokThe Ideal Candidate will possess: Minimum 1 year experience from fashion retail backgroundThe ability to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing retail environment.Hard working and dedicatedWork well within a team environment and can take instruction.
