Role Overview: The Inside Sales Account Representative at Trellix will be a results-driven, self-starter with a consultative sales nature who can truly enable the growth of their sales career in the hottest market sector – security software.
You will manage a geographically designated book of commercial business and will be responsible for revenue delivery.
You will be part of a multi-disciplined team including Sales Engineers, to help define technical aspects of sales.
Successful candidates will have direct experience managing and owning an individual pipeline of opportunities, with closed/won revenue aligned with assigned metrics and targets.
The Inside Sales Rep provides support to Enterprise Field Sales Account Reps to drive deals from business development to closure.
This is a cross functional role which may work with legal, customer success, finance, renewal, and quoting teams to ensure deals are closed effectively.
The ISR may be responsible for the full-sales cycle for commercial level businesses independently.
About the Role: The TrellixInsideSales Professional is expected to understand the overall business objectivesand GTM strategyof the sales organization andcanarticulate the Trellix value proposition and business differentials to the customer.
Account Management / Territory Management –Within a defined set of current customer accounts, huntfor new business opportunities and expand their current Trellix footprint.
Developrelationships with key decision makers, understand and respond to customer needs, track, and report onaccount activity.
Work alongside your dedicated renewals rep, Sales Engineer, and Sales Development rep to ensure customer success and revenue growth.
Workdaily with channel partners to help closebusiness.
Customer ServiceExcellence –as a critical conduit for your accounts, you own the deal from cradle to grave which means managing issues with the deal,service problemsthat may arise post-sale, alwaysbeavailable for customer'squestions, followdefinedprocedures to solve customer problems andmaintainapleasant and professional image withinyour defined territory and accounts.
Product Knowledge – Through constant learning and solutions enablement training, always increase yourunderstanding of Trellix's full productand servicessuiteof offerings.
Sales Team Support – continuously share information with team and manager, works with other departments including channel, follow company policies and values, andcanbalance short and long-term goals
About You: Your background includes 3-5+years of technologysales experience, product, or business development.
Security Softwareindustry experience is an absoluteplus.
Your passion for identifying and selling additional sales opportunities is evident per your proven record of accomplishment of success (consistently achieve/overachieve quota).
Your disciplined timemanagement,account management and territory management skills,as well as excellent verbal, and written communication skills, all contribute toward your success.
You are energized by creating new business opportunities.
Must be self-motivated, persistent andbe able todrive for success to deliver above sales goals.
Strong presentation skills both internally and externally.
Ability to learn quickly and think analytically.
