The RoleWe are seeking a qualified solicitor to join our Banking and Financial Services team. The successful candidate will have experience in general corporate secured lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, and development finance.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in drafting transactional banking, acquisition finance, and real estate finance facility and security documentation
- Collaborate with senior lawyers to progress development and training
- Provide excellent communication skills and engage effectively with clients and colleagues
- Develop a practical and commercial understanding of clients' needs
- Minimum 2 years PQE in banking and financial services law
- Drafting experience with LMA-style documentation
- Excellent technical and drafting skills
- Able to work as part of a team and show initiative
- Flexible approach to work
