Principal Biostatistician- EMEA Oncology

We are currently seeking a Principal Biostatistician to join our diverse and dynamic team.
In this role, you will be integral to the design and analysis of clinical trials, interpretation of complex medical data, and the advancement of groundbreaking treatments and therapies.
As a member of our Biotech Full Service division you will be supporting small and medium-sized biotech clients.
Within the Oncology account group we are looking for Biostatisticians to lead phase 1-3 Oncology clinical trials.
What You Will Be Doing: Lead biostatistician for program-level studies, submissions, or individual studies ranging from simple to complex.Oversee statistical activities that support ICON's interactions with clients and regulatory agencies.Review and approve statistical methods sections of study protocols, statistical analysis plans, and contribute to the statistical input in reports.Prepare and approve research proposals and budgets, providing statistical consulting and conducting statistical analyses for clients.Participate in bid defense meetings and deliver presentations at marketing meetings with prospective clients.Your Profile: Master's degree or Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field, with at least 9 years of biostatistical experience for those with a Master's degree, or 7 years for those with a Ph.D.A minimum of 3 years' experience in oncology, with expertise in leading phase 1-3 clinical trials.In-depth knowledge of RECIST.Experience with iRECIST and Lugano criteria is a plus.Knowledge of Bayesian methods is an added advantage.Advanced skills in planning, supervising, implementing, and monitoring statistical processes across multiple clinical studies.Strong written and oral communication skills, with proven leadership capabilities.What ICON can offer you:
