Experienced Waiter

Working with a professional and welcoming team you will create Merrion Moments for our guests and colleagues with your main duties including: Working as part of one of our teams in the Garden Room Restaurant, our Drawing Rooms, Private Dining or Room Service departments  Offering a friendly and efficient food and drink service to our guests  Having an excellent knowledge of menu items and answering guest questions to standard  Having an efficient understanding and working knowledge of MICROS ( training is provided) Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the workplace Hours of work are 8 per day, early or late shifts and work days include weekdays and weekends ( up to 5 out of 7 days per week).  Centrally located in Dublin within easy reach of public transport, this role will offer you the opportunity to work in a beautiful hotel where the highest of standards are in place and where you have all the tools you need to do your job.
