This role is ideal for a motivated professional with proven expertise in fit-out projects and a strong commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Coordination Develop detailed project plans outlining timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Cost and Budget Management Monitor and control project expenditures to stay within budget constraints.
Identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining project quality.
Risk Management Identify potential project risks and devise mitigation strategies.
Implement risk management plans to ensure smooth project execution.
Quality Assurance Establish and enforce high-quality standards throughout the construction process.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
Stakeholder Communication Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies, and community representatives.
Provide regular project updates and address any concerns promptly.
Team Leadership and Development Lead and inspire a diverse project team, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal staff.
Promote a positive and collaborative work environment to drive project success.
Requirements Experience: Proven track record as a Project Manager in construction, with experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, Irish building codes, and regulations.
Technical Skills: Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in project management software.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with specific experience in fit-out projects.
