What you need to know: This is a full-time position - 4 or 5 days a week
You'll be required to work alternate Saturdays .
No Sundays or Bank Holidays are required
There is an excellent support team to help cater to a steady flow of customers.
MPS is the dispensing system used.
Salary is negotiable and based on experience
Key Responsibilities : Assist in the dispensary with daily operations.
Handle phone calls, addressing inquiries and requests.
Prepare and dispense prescriptions accurately.
Monitor and manage prescribed dosages.
Manage paperwork and monthly claims when needed.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Perform other duties as needed.
What we're looking for: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong customer focus.
