Mortgage Advisor

The Company Irish Pensions & Finance, formed in 1993, has over 30,000 clients and over €1 billion in funds under management.
Roughly 80% of our business book comes from the Public Sector where we administrate 152 Union-sponsored, salary-deducted AVC schemes.
The Role Liaising with current team of 70 Financial Advisors to obtain and develop mortgage leads Supporting clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering the required documents Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, market trends and regulations.
Meeting with clients to win mortgage business, and step them through the process.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth mortgage journey.
Deal with providers to ensure a smooth transition of the pipeline.
The Ideal Candidate QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) One - Two years experience in providing mortgage advice Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of mortgage and market-leading products Target-driven with an excellent track record - OTE of €70k with a structured career path.
- 5% commission monthly - 5% on-target bonus payable quarterly.
Please note that this role is hybrid-based, time is split between office & home.
Full-time attendance in the office is required for the first 4-5 weeks for training & induction purposes.
