We are seeking an experienced Business Solutions Test Analyst to work in a hybrid role, with a mixture of systems testing and business analysis activities for a Multinational Financial Services Organisation.
Working within an expanding team of Test Analysts, Business Analysts & Data Solutions Analysts, your role will combine gathering requirements, business process analysis & business software platform testing.
As a Business Test Analyst, in your hybrid role, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of test cases, test plans and test scripts as well as Business Requirements Analysis and validation on functional product specifications and detailed business requirement documentation.
Most of the testing will be functional UAT with an emphasis on data validation from a variety of large Europe-wide data sets.
The system is an end-to-end financial services platform and most of the testing is conducted using Excel and some Power BI.
For this role, you will need Advanced Excel Skills & be proficient in UAT, manual testing, data validation and business requirements analysis.
Opportunities to progress into automation testing, Selenium and Power BI for Data Analytics.
Experience Needed 3 years + experience as a Test Analyst, Business Test Analyst, Business Analyst or Test Data Analyst is required Advanced Excel (Complex Formula, Pivot tables, VBA, Data Validation) & SQL essential Any Power BI or Test Automation knowledge is advantageous Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience of working in the insurance, Banking or Financial Investments sector is preferred Must have worked in an International, multinational / multicultural matrix organisation Business Process Analysis experience, knowledge of the full SDLC & a desire to continuously improve processes is also required for this role.
Hybrid Work environment (2 days per week min in Dublin office) Location: Dublin City centre 12 months FTC (fixed Term contract) with strong possibility of converting to permanent position.
Salary = €50-55K + Bonus + excellent benefits Please note that EU/EEA/UK nationals or existing Irish work visa holders only need apply.
