Our programme is uniquely designed to develop skilled professionals with a deep understanding of all phases of large-scale construction projects, providing graduates with exposure to the complete construction process.

Your learning journey will span the entire lifecycle of a data centre project, from initial design and building shell construction through to internal fit-out, commissioning, and final handover.
You will gain hands-on experience in both Construction and Project Management activities, covering the Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical aspects of the build.
Additionally, you will learn about the key roles played by teams across Commercial, Construction Management, Engineering, BIM, Quality, and Health & Safety disciplines.
Minimum RequirementsMinimum Level 8 degree in a relevant discipline is requiredGood communication skillsStrong interpersonal and organisational skillsWork effectively cross-functionally with different teamsAbility to work collaboratively to bring together ideas, information, use cases, and industry analyses to understand and enhance best practicesA hands-on approach to ownership and successful delivery of any tasks undertakenWinthrop Technologies is an equal opportunities employer
