The successful Senior Finance Manager will report directly to the CFO and will be instrumental in providing financial control, commercial finance insights, and operational support across the full group, which includes several brands in the insurance space.

The Person:Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CGMA).3-5+ years in a senior finance position with demonstrable leadership experience.Proven track record of managing the full finance function, preferably in a dynamic or high-growth environment.Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.Highly proficient in Excel and other financial tools.Energetic, commercially minded, and solutions-focused.
