Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to assist our customers and support our service department.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Interpret customer needs and advise the right parts to ensure their needs are met Support ongoing as well as upcoming technical and sales campaigns Support the workshop with parts availability and queries.
Ensure stock is put away in timely manner Maintain an accurate inventory of parts and ensure timely reordering when needed.
Pre-picking parts in accordance with workshop schedule and customer needs Forecasting stock requirements Placing orders with suppliers Understand and work according to parts related DOS standards Handle Incoming Goods Maintain a clean and organized parts department Handle returns including organising the return of cores, packaging material, warranty and bought back goods Provide technicians with parts related technical support Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone Key Requirements: Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role within the HGV / Motor industry is preferred Must be fluent in written and spoken English Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team Experience in customer facing role Good automotive technical knowledge is a distinct advantage but not essential Basic computer skills essential Full Clean Drivers Licence Can-do attitude and common-sense approach to tasks Hours: Monday-Friday (9am-6pm), one Saturday per month (9am-1pm) Location: Finglas, Dublin 11 Package: Depends on Experience Terms: Permanent If you're a motivated individual with a passion for the automotive industry and providing top-tier customer service, they would love to hear from you
