What you'll do
As our new Head of Innovation as part of our Global Innovation Team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategic roadmap for innovation, focusing on the development of pioneering brands and optimizing our existing portfolio.

You will spearhead the end-to-end innovation process, from insight generation and concept development to successful market launches, ensuring alignment with consumer trends and business goals.
Your leadership will drive growth by delivering impactful innovation initiatives in global markets.

Additional Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a 3–5-year innovation roadmap, leading the creation of breakthrough brands and concepts that meet evolving consumer needs.
Collaborate with external agencies and strategic partners to explore emerging trends, identify white space opportunities, and shape innovation strategies.
Craft compelling brand identities, positioning, and design frameworks for new and existing products.
Lead cross-functional teams to optimize liquids, flavors, and packaging, ensuring the portfolio remains relevant and competitive.
Oversee the development of comprehensive market launch toolkits and ensure successful deployment across global markets.
Inspire and guide internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional results within defined timelines.
What you'll bring 10+ years of experience in marketing, innovation, insights, or a combination of these, preferably within the beverage or FMCG industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Proven experience in early-stage product innovation and launching new brands successfully.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project execution skills, with a proven ability to align diverse teams to a shared vision.
A creative, consumer-focused mindset with expertise in translating trends and insights into actionable strategies.
