The Defence Forces are recruiting in the following areas:
2025 Army CadetshipThe Defence Forces Cadetship will prepare individuals morally, mentally and physically for their role as leaders in the Defence Forces whilst instilling the organisations values of respect, loyalty, selflessness, physical courage, moral courage and integrity into students.
Applications are now open for Army, Air Corps and Naval Service Cadetship 2025.
Candidates must be 18 years of age or above and under 39 years of age on the 14 th of April 2025. The closing date for Army Cadetship applications is 2359hrs on Tuesday 8th of April 2025. Applications are only being accepted online.
It is the candidate's sole responsibility to enter their email address correctly when completing the application form.
The candidate will receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours of submitting the online application.
If a candidate does not receive an acknowledgement within the time, the candidate must inform Competitions Office within 72 hours of applying by emailing ******.
Candidates should be aware that some email providers filter into junk/spam folders.
