Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for part time Food & Beverage Waitstaff to join our friendly dynamic team.Reporting to the Food & Beverage Supervisors, the Food & Beverage Assistant will provide a friendly and efficient service to our customers in our Bar, Restaurant and Function rooms. Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo greet regular customers courteously.To find appropriate tables and sit guests for dining.To take food and drink orders in a hospitable manner.Monitor the bar / restaurant floor to ensure efficient and personalised service is delivered to customers.Ensure a good working knowledge of the food and drinks on our menus and be willing and able to make recommendations.Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.To up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible both in the hotel or wider group.Completing daily and weekly cleaning checklists ensuring high standards of hygiene at all times. About The RoleThe Ideal candidate:Previous experience working in a bar or restaurant would be advantageous.
