What you'll do
As a Margin Assurance Intelligence Analyst, you will be at the forefront of ensuring accuracy and profitability across various revenue and cost streams. You'll leverage advanced data analytics and business intelligence tools to identify and address revenue and cost leakages. Collaborating closely with finance, operations, and commercial teams, you'll provide actionable insights that enhance decision-making and drive sustainable profitability. Your role will involve developing and refining margin assurance frameworks, ensuring robust controls, and continuous process improvements. By interpreting complex data sets and effectively communicating findings to senior management, you'll contribute to the overall financial health and competitive advantage of Vodafone.
Who you are
Expertise in SQL and data mining tools and techniques.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript/Typescript, C#, Java, C++).
3-5 years of industry experience in data analytics.
Mastery of data visualization tools.
Excellent written and oral English skills.
Proven track record in previous roles.
Clear understanding of the 3 lines of Defence model.
Ability to leverage AI and industry cutting-edge developments, tools, and best practices.

Desirable:
Experience in the telecoms industry or consultancy sector.
Background in data science, audit, revenue/margin assurance.
Knowledge of revenue/margin assurance tools and techniques.
Exposure to risk management and control principles and practices.
