About the role: The Manager Clinical Program, Transplant and High Cost Case is responsible for working in partnership with Clinical and Pod Operations to ensure consistency and provide oversight of Transplant and High Cost Case department activities within Quantum Health's clinical model.
This position will function as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all transplant and high cost case services and will work in conjunction with clinical leadership to meet the transplant and high cost case clinical initiatives, outcomes, and performance goals for this service.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
Assist with day-to-day problem-solving, Q&A, and protocol guidance for staff.Promote a focus on quality, consistency, and effectiveness.Support staff performance management and coaching efforts, as needed.Facilitate regular team discussions that reinforce key needs/expectations/initiatives, promote an awareness of program and staff performance, and provide a forum for Q&A.Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and orientation of new staff, as needed.Partner with leaders to manage the placement and assignments of staff.Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of clinical program management or supervisory experience preferred.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Protect and take care of our company and member's data every day by committing to work within our company ethics and policies.Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.Trustworthy and accountable behavior, capable of viewing and maintaining confidential information daily.Benefits: Health, vision and dental featuring our best-in-class healthcare navigation services, along with life insurance, legal and identity protection, adoption assistance, EAP, Teladoc services and more.
