Credit Control Executive | Dublin 12 At Staffline Recruitment we have a position available for an experienced Credit Control Executive to take up a permanent position with our client, an establishes company with offices in Dublin 12.
This permanent position will be office based and will offer a salary in the region of €35,000 - €38,000, depending on experience.
Key duties will include: Ensure timely collection of outstanding debts through regular follow-ups.
Resolve any issues or disputes related to invoices and payments.
Prepare regular reports on credit status and collection activities.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address any credit-related concerns.
Monitor and investigate outstanding balances and follow up with customers.
Negotiate payment terms and arrangements with customers.
Prepare aging reports and reconcile the accounts receivable ledger.
Identify opportunities to streamline credit and finance processes for efficiency.
Daily bank reconciliations Interested applicants will meet the following requirements: A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a credit control position.
Experience with cash payment allocations and bank reconciliations.
Proficiency with Excel.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, use initiative, and display good organisational skills to achieve high quality outputs within agreed timeframes.
