About the RoleThe successful candidate will be a member of the Financial and Operational Performance Group in DCU Business School. Their primary responsibilities will include conducting high-quality research and teaching in finance, participating in the School's external engagement activities, contributing to programme management, research supervision, and service activities of the School and University.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting high-quality research and publishing scholarly articles in top-tier journals
- Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in finance, including core modules and electives
- Participating in the School's external engagement activities, such as industry events, conferences, and networking sessions
- Contributing to programme management, including curriculum development, course design, and assessment
- Supervising PhD students and mentoring junior faculty members
