If you're passionate about cost management, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to make a significant impact, we want to hear from youThe ideal candidate will focus on short-term financial planning and operational efficiency, providing critical support to senior management through detailed reports and financial analysisKey Responsibilities:Financial data analysis and planning on a periodic and medium term basisOversee day-to-day cost management proceduresIdentify and analyze cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvementsConduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks.QualificationsProven experience as a management accountant, financial analyst, cost manager, financial operations or similar role.Familiarity with financial software (eg, Dynamics, etc) and advanced MS Office (also Power BI would be ideal)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and presentation abilities.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, QS or a related fieldRelevant certification (, CIMA, ACA, ACCA) would be ideal, or a Masters in a relevant fieldDesired Skills:Ability to work independently.Strong business acumen and tactical thinking.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Additional InformationWhat we offer you:Full timeCompetitive remuneration and attractive range of benefits8% Pension25 days Annual leave (23 days + 2 company days)Opportunity to work on impactful and innovative projectsCareer development opportunities both in Ireland and globallyOpportunity to work with a diverse group of talented and collaborative colleaguesAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
