Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and modern engineering practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to inspire and align diverse teams.
Experience driving initiatives to improve engineering processes, performance, and quality.
Preferred Qualifications : Background in scaling engineering teams in high-growth environments.
Experience with cloud-based architectures, DevOps practices, and modern tech stacks.
Familiarity with OKRs or similar frameworks for goal setting and performance tracking.
