Quality Technologist

We have an excellent opportunity for a Quality Technologist to join a leading food client based in Kildare.

Responsibilities: Manage and maintain product specifications and quality standards for finished products, working with customer platforms such as Micros, Hamilton Grant, and FIND.
Support the Quality Management System (QMS) by maintaining document control, updating check sheets and procedures, and ensuring compliance with HACCP.
Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring full traceability and compliance with BRC, Dept.
of Agriculture, and customer requirements.
Oversee microbiological, chemical, and physical testing programs for raw materials and finished products.
Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances, investigate customer complaints, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with the New Product Development (NPD) team to successfully launch new products into production.
Requirements: A diploma (or higher) in a food-related discipline or relevant work experience.
At least 1 year of QA/QC experience in a food manufacturing environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with quality software platforms.
A team player with flexibility, adaptability, and a keen eye for detail.
