**US Interest Rate Trader**at Geneva Trading Chicago Office **US Interest Rate Trader** We are seeking an experienced trader to add expertise and strategy to our existing interest rate trading desk.
The role will entail developing and modelling new trades/strategies in the US interest rate space.
The candidate will have a strong understanding of the key macroeconomic drivers of interest rates along with strong knowledge of monetary policy and key reference rates.
This is seen as a key role in the growth of our interest rate trading.
**Responsibilities** Develop and manage new trades and strategies in the US interest rate space Minimum 3 years of demonstrable success in an interest rate trading or advisory role Deep knowledge of the fundamental drivers of the various components/curves in the fixed income space Proven proficiency in designing and executing trading strategies based on detailed market analysis Professional poise and excellent interpersonal communication skills * ****Voluntary Self-Identification****For government reporting purposes, we ask candidates to respond to the below self-identification survey.
