As a Managing Consultant, the successful candidate will deliver quality consulting services to clients, working directly with them to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, problem-solving, project management and/or business analysis, leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful client engagements.

The Role and Responsibilities

This role combines consulting and client management expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit. You will apply project delivery know-how, take initiative, and leverage your knowledge of and network within the financial services industry.

Requirements

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in Consulting, Project Management or Business Analysis within Financial Services.
  • Change management experience: strategy development, design, analysis, project management, implementation, testing and go-live.
  • Understanding of Financial Services products and lifecycle events.
  • Project management and team leadership experience supporting successful project deliveries.
  • Familiarity with the capital markets ecosystem and participants.
  • A blend of Financial Services knowledge and soft skills, including influence, listening, presentation and team management.
  • Independence and self-management skills, with minimal supervision.
  • Contribution to business growth through operational support, RFPs and junior consultant management.
  • Treasury Transformation
  • IT delivery and decommissioning
