We are a globally successful SaaS company, serving a diverse international customer base with teams ranging in size from 20 to 20,000 end users.
We are seeking a number of highly-talented QA Engineers to join our Product Engineering team and be a part of our journey as we continue to innovate in the Quality Assurance and Customer Service industries.
Responsibilities Establish effective collaboration with our development teams and key business stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of our platform and each module's architecture and functionTranslate business requirements into comprehensive test cases that specify the test environment and the test data necessaryExhibit proficiency in creating detailed test plans and establishing realistic testing timelines that align with project schedulesDetect, document, and record defects sourced from various testing environments, ensuring that these are effectively communicated to the development teamDesign, execute, and maintain automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency and accuracyCommit to enhancing the testing process by applying best practices effectively and show initiative in identifying and suggesting possible improvementsActively engage in the product release processes, collaborating with your team to ensure smooth and timely deliveriesSkills & Experience 4+ years of hands-on experience with both manual and automated testingPossess a strong foundation in testing methodologies, ISTQB certification is a significant advantageExperience with UI automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, and PlaywrightProficiency in API testing and performance testing is highly advantageousFamiliarity with CI/CD environments is desirableDemonstrated ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team, while also having the capacity to work independently when requiredExperience in using Git and other collaborative SCM tools within distributed teamsComfortable operating in both Windows and Linux environmentsExposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)Excellent written, spoken and interpersonal communication skillsEducation & Qualifications BSc/MSc in Computer Science / related technical discipline OR equivalent experienceRemuneration Competitive salary & bonus based on experienceHybrid working with modern offices located in Dublin city25 paid holidays annuallySubsidised gym membershipWebdoctor online GP service accessTaxsaver tickets & Cycle to Work schemesEnhanced maternity, paternity and sick leave payAccess to Irish Life PRSA, salary sacrificeReferral bonuses
