Office Staff and Executive Assistant Required for busy office in Cashel.Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

Location: Cashel Co Tipperary.
Hours: 9.30.5pm.
Administrator to join a creatively led, solar company in Tipperary, this role is a perfect match for someone who has had comparable experience in executive assistant roles and is eager to develop their career in an innovative organisation.

About the Role:
This role requires a candidate with a strong professional services background. The main element of this role is executive assistant support. Candidate must be flexible and have driving license. 

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant:
  • Diary Management / Arrange Meetings.
  • Travel Plans /Expenses.
  • Prepare Monthly Management Meeting Reports and circulate Minutes.
  • Prepare / edit documents.
  • Manage and organise external / internal events.
  • Assist with Reception cover.
  • Printing / photocopying / scanning / filing / binding.

HR Administration:
  • Prepare employment contracts and manage the onboarding process.
  • Maintain and update internal databases regarding annual leave, sick leave etc.
  • Respond to employee queries related to HR.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to maintain and update policies and procedures.

Who We Are Looking For:
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with the team, directors and all staff members.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Proactive individual demonstrating pro-active approach to work.
  • Possess strong organisational and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills, (verbal, written, listening).
  • Excellent working knowledge in MS Office; Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
