Site Manager FitOut Project Leading FitOut Company Location: Dublin Duration: Permanent About the Role Our client is seeking a Site Manager to lead a high-quality FitOut project in Dublin.
This opportunity is also open to experienced Lead Carpenters who are ready to take the next step in their career.
The ideal candidate will have a strong carpentry background and a proven track record in FitOut projects.
You will be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the project is delivered on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site activities, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery Lead and coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople, and site teams Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and finish across all FitOut elements Enforce health and safety compliance, fostering a secure work environment Produce daily site reports, track progress, and document developments with photographic evidence Communicate effectively with stakeholders, resolving issues proactively Support procurement and logistics to ensure timely availability and optimal use of materials Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager or a Lead Carpenter with extensive FitOut exposure Strong carpentry skills, especially in fine finishes and detailed work Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate site operations Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and site compliance Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach to challenges Familiarity with site documentation and progress tracking, including photographic reporting Additional Details Competitive salary based on experience Immediate start available Potential for ongoing projects based on performance Skills: Site Management Finishing Residential Commercial
