Real Estate Associate Lawyer

Leading Irish commercial firm is looking to add to their real estate team with the hire of an additional lawyer to play a vital role in the continued growth and success of this Dublin based practice group.
The firm are interested in speaking with candidates with 3+ PQE and also interested in candidates at Associate/ Senior Associate level looking to join a progressive team, with excellent long-term career prospects.
The role will be diverse in nature, working with leading Irish and international organisations advising on the full spectrum of commercial property matters and will include:
Commercial developments
Property finance
Landlord/ Tenant
Projects/ PPP/ Energy/ Renewables
Sale/ Purchase/ Acquisition
You will have the opportunity to work with a number of different partners; all regarded as leading experts in their field in a friendly and fast-paced environment.
This role would suit a lawyer currently working in Ireland (candidates outside of Dublin looking to move to Dublin would also be of interest) or potentially an Irish lawyer working in the UK or overseas looking to return to Ireland.
