Job Title: Merchandiser Location: Dublin but travel requiered to Leinster Region, Cavan & Monaghan Salary: €35,000 per annum Contract: Contract: Full-time, Permanent Reports to: Sales Manager About the Role We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Merchandiser to join a leading organisation in the building products sector.
This is a newly created role designed to support the Sales Manager by ensuring products are showcased effectively across customer locations.
Key Responsibilities Travel to customer sites across Leinster, Cavan, and Monaghan to assist with shop layouts and product displays.
Ensure products are well-presented, stocked, and compliant with display standards.
Work closely with the Sales Manager to implement merchandising strategies.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, particularly within builder merchants and trade outlets.
Assist in setting up promotional displays and ensuring marketing materials are in place.
Report on store visits, display updates, and customer feedback using company- provided tools.
Requirements Full EU/UK driving licence (essential).
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Practical, hands-on approach with good attention to detail.
Comfortable working in builder merchant environments (experience is a plus, but not essential).
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
What's on Offer Salary: €35,000 per annum.

Full training and ongoing support from an experienced Sales Manager.
