Job Title:
QA Operations Specialist
Location:
Multiple locations in the United Kingdom
Pfizer, one of the world's leading biopharmaceutical companies, is currently seeking a QA Operations Specialist for multiple locations in the United Kingdom.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of Pfizer's products and processes.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with GMP, company policies, and regulations
Conduct quality investigations and root cause analysis for deviations, non-conformances, and CAPAs
Review and approve batch records, logbooks, and other quality documents
Manage change controls, deviations, and CAPAs in a timely and effective manner
Participate in internal and external audits, and assist with inspection readiness activities
Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to ensure quality and efficiency
Provide training on quality-related topics to staff and colleagues
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field with 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical quality operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Thorough understanding of GMP and other relevant regulations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems in pharmaceutical industry
