Position Overview
Are you an experienced Paid Social Ad Specialist with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced agency environment, seeking to join a dynamic team and drive impactful growth for ecommerce clients?
StudioForty9 is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Paid Social Ad Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of successful paid social media campaigns across key platforms including Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and others, with a strong focus on driving measurable results for our ecommerce clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated social media advertising strategies across multiple platforms.
Manage all aspects of campaign lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, targeting, ad creation, launch, optimisation, and reporting.
Deeply understand and leverage platform-specific features and best practices (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager).
Implement and optimise conversion tracking, including pixel installation and event setup.
Analyse campaign performance, identify key insights, and generate actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, web development) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and proactive communication.
Contribute to the development of new service offerings and internal best practices.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in paid social ads within an agency environment working with Ecommerce Brands.
Proven experience managing and optimising campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Strong understanding of ecommerce principles, including customer journey mapping, funnel optimisation, and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CLTV, and conversion rates.
Expertise in campaign management tools, including Business Managers, Ads Managers, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with catalogue feed management.
Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing.
