What you'll do
Deliver excellent food service in line with service standards and KPIs
Provide a friendly, welcoming experience for colleagues, clients, and customers
Assist with daily food prep, service setup, and serving meals
Maintain clean, safe, and well-organised service and dining areas
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Follow food safety, hygiene, allergen, and storage procedures at all times
Support hospitality service and special functions when required
Attend training and team meetings to continuously improve service quality
What you'll bring
A passion for delivering great customer service with a positive attitude
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Good awareness of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
Reliability, flexibility, and willingness to assist wherever needed
Ability to stay organised and work efficiently in a busy environment
Professional presentation with pride in wearing the full uniform
Initiative to handle complaints, incidents, or irregularities appropriately
Openness to training, learning, and supporting business needs outside normal hours
