Overview
We are seeking an experienced
QA Engineer
to join our team at
NTT DATA North America
.
This role provides quality assurance testing for corporate banking applications to ensure any business-requested changes are validated prior to handing off to UAT.
You will learn the business as well as understand the testing framework and processes for the applications.
You will draw on testing knowledge to creatively develop solutions for automating test processes, design maintenance procedures and documentation, and meet high standards for test capabilities in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Provide quality assurance testing for corporate banking applications to validate business-requested changes prior to handing off to UAT.
Learn the business domain and the testing framework and processes for the applications.
Develop automated test processes and design maintenance procedures and documentation.
Automate repetitive steps in workflows or applications to improve test coverage and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
Qualifications
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with 5 years of experience.
Experience with automation testing tools.
Experience with defect management tools (e.g., QC or Jira).
Hands-on experience in database, data warehouse (ETL), data conversion, data migration, functional/regression testing, back-end and front-end testing, and API testing.
