Purpose of the Post To assist with the provision of a high-quality pharmacy service, assist in the medication management process and deliver a safe and cost-effective dispensary and clinical pharmacy service.

Eligibility Criteria Qualifications and/ or experience Each candidate must, at the latest date for receipt of completed application forms for the post: Be a registered Pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) or be entitled to be so registered.

AND

Possess the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and managment ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.

Post Specific Requirements Demonstrate depth and breadth of hospital pharmacy experience.
