Key Responsibilities: Source and purchase raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and indirect goods Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with suppliers to ensure best value Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production to maintain supply continuity Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring quality and compliance Collaborate with internal teams including production, quality, and finance Track market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities Maintain accurate procurement records and support reporting requirements Ensure purchasing activities align with food safety, regulatory, and sustainability standards ?
